Plan the roll out

Once you have successfully set-up a small number of eServices, plan how these will be rolled out to a larger group of users within your company.

Be certain to ask your users for feedback on their experiences of using the eServices and which ones they would like to see implemented next.

You can then plan for and prioritise your next group of eServices and eService suppliers and start again!
