Data Quality Guide For eServices

What you put in is what you get out.  And this is certainly true of eServices.  Making sure that the data you hold in your back office system is up-to-date, accurate and in the right format will help reduce any potential errors and speed up your online processing of business - which all makes for happy clients.

Contract Enquiry, also known as "online, real-time Valuations", relies on you having the correct contract reference (or policy) number formats so that the product providers' systems recognise you and return the information you requested (i.e. policy value) to your back office system. 

To make sure you have the right contract reference number formats in your system, we've provided the formats for you to download in Microsoft Excel format (.xls).
