Bulk Data Download

Bulk Data Downloads can be obtained, in an industry standard .CSV file format.  This file can be saved as an Excel spreadsheet and the data manipulated for various reasons - or simply uploaded to a back office system.

The downloads can be obtained from a number of product providers on a regular basis, usually via their extranets. They consist of a data file of current client and policy information and include valuations for certain funds or contracts for the agency or agencies associated with your firm.

They are particularly useful when used to update or refresh the client database with up-to-date information or to obtain indicative reference valuations of policies within the recent past.

Bulk Data Downloads from product providers are particularly useful if you are implementing a new back office system and you wish to transfer your clients details and policies in bulk.  This means not having to re-type each detail - saving you lots of time!
