Tenet Group

Tenet needed a new back office system to provide their network members with the tools and services to enable them to run their businesses effectively.

The solution chosen needed to be able to deliver a customised solution for the group, while also allowing access to familiar services such as portals to run quotes and submit new business.

The outcome is that, within three years of Tenet's system being in place, it has processed over 135,000 new business cases, reconciled £100 million of commission from 125 product providers and generated 35,000 commission statements.
