NEW Online Agency Administration Service

Adding to the success of Agency Registration Service, Origo has launched the online Agency Administration Service for financial advisers.

The service provides an online, one-stop, centralised process for advisers to create and submit requests for changes to agency arrangements to multiple providers. Streamlining the administration process , the Agency Administration Service will improve the often inconsistent, insecure and paper-based communications between distributor groups and product providers. The secure electronic service will reduce errors and the need to chase requests and will provide confirmation that requests have been completed.

Requests that advisers will now be able to manage through the new service include:

• Change of Address; 
• Change of Bank Account;
• Request for Additional Agencies;
• Request for Agency Closures;
• Maintain Service Provider and Panel Membership;
